Synthetic Lubricants
Hendler’s is the supplier for KEM-A-TRIX synthetic lubricants. KEM-A-TRIX lubricants outlast grease 20 to 1 and increase bearing life substantially with an operating range of -40°F to +750°F. KEM-A-TRIX can be used in all lubricating applications including food plant machinery where it is government approved.
Conventional greases and oils are simply not made to cope with extreme operating conditions. Plant and maintenance managers are choosing to work with high performance lubricants to optimize control over downtime and benefit from significant savings in maintenance material and labour costs.
KEM-A-TRIX synthetic lubricants are made in Canada.
MSDS sheets are available as are initial purchases of single tubes.

ISF5400 Pump Packing Material
- The injectable fluid seal for stuffing boxes, pumps and valves.
- Injectable fluid seal forms a rigid yet compliant lubricated sealing plug that requires only minimal axial pressure to achieve a near zero leakage seal.
- The use of the injectable fluid seal device, therefore, does not cause any heat buildup nor does it add any abrasion or wear to the shaft and other parts of the sealing system.
- The injectable fluid seal is designed to run without the use of cooling water.
- Replaces braided packing, mechanical seals
- Non-compression, low friction formula
- Suitable for use in food and beverage industry
- Designed for on-line injection only
- Conforms to shaft
- Prevents wear and cavitation
- Contributes to productivity improvement. Adds to savings in maintenance and repair expense.
- Compatible with processes with stuffing box temperature between 0ºF and 500ºF, pressure of under 1,050 psi, shaft speed up to 3,600 RPM and pH of between 0 and 14.
